Information you provide

When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter, including your name, phone number, service address, city, state, ZIP code, selected services, project description, preferred follow-up method, and your SMS-consent choice.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, confirm route and service availability, prepare a quote, schedule and provide requested work, communicate with you, maintain customer and business records, and prepare private owner-reviewed drafts or summaries.

Customer communications

If you choose to receive texts, we may use your mobile number for non-promotional messages about your quote, estimate, scheduling, service updates, and customer care. Incoming and outgoing customer messages may be stored with the related quote or customer record so we can keep the conversation together.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request a quote or purchase services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This consent does not cover seasonal offers, discounts, or other marketing messages.

Service providers

We use service providers to perform specific work for Prosper In Lawn Care. Cloudflare provides website and customer-portal hosting, security, private database storage, and private file storage. Auth0 provides customer identity verification, password sign-in, and password recovery; Prosper In Lawn Care does not receive or store customers' passwords. Twilio carries text messages and phone calls and keeps communication details such as the phone numbers involved, message content, time, and delivery status. Google provides owner sign-in, Calendar features, and the service-area map. OpenAI processes limited site, business, or customer context when the private Business Brain prepares a draft, summary, or research result, and when Prosper uses OpenAI-assisted development or support tools to maintain or troubleshoot the system. Slack may process an owner’s private request and the related approval preview when that owner tool is used.

These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for the feature being used. They may also process account, security, usage, billing, or legal-compliance information under their own terms and privacy notices. Prosper In Lawn Care does not authorize a provider to use a customer’s mobile number, SMS consent, or customer message content for that provider’s own marketing.

Private drafting tools may receive limited context relevant to the task, such as a requested service or recent conversation. Information sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models unless the account holder expressly opts in, but limited content may be retained temporarily for safety and abuse monitoring under OpenAI’s API data controls. A draft is not automatically sent to a customer, and the business reviews customer-facing actions before they are carried out unless a separate approved rule expressly allows a narrow action.

Cookies and browser storage

The public website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use limited browser session storage for basic display behavior, such as remembering the page position during the current browser session. The private owner Admin and customer portal use essential secure cookies to verify sign-in, maintain an authenticated session, protect account access, and support sign-out or session revocation. A private customer agreement or quote link may use a temporary essential cookie to open only that record while removing the private token from the visible address bar. These essential cookies are not used for advertising. Prosper's session cookies are marked Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite and are not available to website scripts. The identity provider may also set cookies needed to complete secure sign-in and account recovery under its privacy notice.

Electronic agreements

If Prosper In Lawn Care sends you a private agreement link, the site stores the exact agreement presented, its version, link-view and signature events, the signer name and typed signature, signing time, and an integrity record. This information is used to document the agreement and preserve an accurate copy. The private link expires and does not provide access to other customer or Admin records.

Sharing

Prosper In Lawn Care does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-site targeted advertising. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS-consent records, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Sending information to the service providers described above so they can operate a Prosper feature is service-provider processing, not a sale by Prosper In Lawn Care.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident; to protect a person, the site, or the business; or as part of a business transfer where the recipient must handle the information consistently with this policy.

Security and record handling

Customer and agreement records are stored in private Cloudflare services with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to business records is limited through owner authentication, private storage routes, expiring agreement links, and activity records. No website or electronic communication method can promise absolute security. We keep quote, agreement, and communication records as part of operating the business; this policy does not state a fixed retention period.
