These terms explain how the Prosper In Lawn Care website, quote process, customer communications, and property services work. The service description on this website is general. For an accepted job, the written estimate or other written agreement controls the property-specific scope, price, and payment terms.

Website information

This website provides general information about Prosper In Lawn Care and services that may be available. Service descriptions, examples, photos, and educational information do not replace a property-specific review and do not guarantee that every listed task is included in every job.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote form asks Prosper In Lawn Care to review and follow up on your request. It does not create a service agreement, reserve a date, authorize work, or accept a price. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and project information so the request can be evaluated.

Written estimates and job scope

A written estimate may identify the work area, included services, materials, cleanup or hauling, price, expected timing, and payment terms that apply to the job. Work is confirmed only after the estimate or other written agreement is accepted. If a general website description differs from an accepted written estimate, the accepted written estimate controls that job unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Tasks, areas, materials, or disposal work that are not included in the accepted scope are not automatically part of the job. Additional work or a significant change to the scope or price requires review and agreement before that work proceeds.

Property conditions and site review

Estimates are based on the information provided and the conditions that can reasonably be seen during review. Hidden debris, underground or concealed conditions, inaccurate measurements, blocked access, undisclosed hazards, or site conditions that differ significantly may require the work to pause while an updated scope, price, or schedule is discussed. A changed condition does not authorize an automatic charge.

Scheduling, weather, and access

Requested dates are preferences until they are confirmed. Weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, material availability, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may require rescheduling. Prosper In Lawn Care will communicate important scheduling changes using the available contact information.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the agreed work area. Before service, please secure pets, move fragile or personal items when requested, identify known hazards, sprinkler components, private utilities, property boundaries, and restricted areas, and obtain any permission required from an owner, landlord, association, or local authority.

Plants, seed, soil, and other materials

Plant, seed, soil, mulch, rock, and other material choices depend on availability and property conditions. If a substitute material would significantly change the accepted job, Prosper In Lawn Care will get the customer's approval first. Results involving living plants, seed, or soil can vary because of existing property conditions, weather, wildlife, and customer aftercare. Prosper In Lawn Care does not provide drainage installation or repair, but existing drainage conditions can affect plant health, seed establishment, and the work recommended. No specific growth, germination, survival, or property result is guaranteed unless a written estimate expressly provides one.

Changes, cancellation, and rescheduling

Please contact Prosper In Lawn Care as soon as possible to request a change, cancellation, or reschedule. A deposit, cancellation charge, or other fee applies only when it is clearly stated in the accepted written estimate or agreement and permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or consumer right that applies under federal, state, or local law, including rights that may apply to certain sales made at a customer's home.

Completion, invoices, and payment

The accepted estimate or invoice states the amount due, due date, and available payment method. A payment-link click, customer message, or payment promise is not treated as confirmed payment. Payment is recorded as paid only after Prosper In Lawn Care verifies that the funds were received.

Please report a concern about completed work promptly so it can be reviewed while the conditions are still reasonably available to inspect. No late charge, collection charge, or other added fee applies unless it is disclosed in the written agreement and permitted by law.

SMS Terms

By checking the separate SMS-consent box, you agree to receive non-promotional text messages from Prosper In Lawn Care about your quote request, estimate, scheduling, service updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a quote request or purchase services. If you leave the consent box unchecked, Prosper In Lawn Care may follow up by phone instead.

This consent does not cover seasonal offers, discounts, or other marketing or promotional messages. Separate consent would be required before promotional texts are sent.

Private drafting and automation

Prosper In Lawn Care may use owner-only software tools to organize records, research a request, or prepare private drafts. These tools do not independently accept a job, set a final price, send a customer message, schedule service, confirm payment, or change an accepted scope. Prosper In Lawn Care reviews customer-facing and financial actions before they happen, and the accepted written agreement still controls the job.

Links and educational resources

The website may link to outside resources, maps, reviews, and social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Educational links are provided for general information and do not create a guarantee about a particular property or result.
