What leaf cleanup covers

Leaf Cleanup removes substantial visible leaf accumulation from the lawns, planting beds, walkways, porches, and other accessible areas listed in the quote. It does not include mowing, pruning, gutters, large branches, plant cutbacks, or general debris removal unless those tasks are added in writing.

When it is useful

A focused leaf visit works well when fallen leaves are the main concern. The default is one completed visit, while additional visits during the season can be quoted separately when nearby trees drop at different times.

What affects the scope

Leaf volume, moisture, matting, property size, access, approved bags, and the disposal method affect the quote. If conditions materially change before service, Prosper confirms a revised price before extra work begins. Continued leaf fall or wind after departure is new accumulation rather than incomplete work.

A good fit for

  • Properties where fallen leaves are the main seasonal concern
  • Lawns, planting beds, and hard surfaces that need one focused visit or an optional series

What shapes the price

  • Visible leaf volume and property size
  • Moisture, matting, access, and the number of cleanup areas
  • Approved bags, municipal collection requirements, and the disposal location
Helpful service guidanceManaging fallen leaves

A light layer can be mulched; a heavy mat should not stay on the lawn.

Finely chopped leaves can sometimes be returned to the lawn when the layer is light enough to break down without covering the turf. Thick, wet, or matted leaves can block light and hold moisture against the grass, so the amount and condition of the leaves should guide the cleanup approach.
